Please be assured that I only use the finest ingredients, so it doesn’t matter whether you choose vanilla, chocolate, fruit, or one of my other flavours, the cake will taste wonderful. You can also rest easy knowing that each tier will have a clean and professional finish.
Although there are a lot of different sponge flavours available, there are several that couples traditionally stick to for their wedding day. Other flavours are available upon request. It is possible to have a different flavour for each tier in a multi-tiered cake.

Carrot & Orange
A warming spiced carrot sponge layered with orange buttercream.
Chocolate
Moist and rich chocolate sponge layered with chocolate buttercream.
Chocolate & Hazelnut
Layers of moist and rich chocolate sponge with chocolate and hazelnut buttercream.
Coffee & walnut
Coffee and walnut sponger layered with coffee buttercream.
Cookies & Cream

Eggless
The Eggless vanilla sponge is a very popular choice and is traditionally paired with the Madagascan vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve. The buttercream and conserve flavours can be changed.
Lemon
A zesty lemon sponge layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd.
Red Velvet
A subtly flavoured chocolate sponge with a cream cheese flavoured buttercream filling.
Salted Caramel
A vanilla sponge layered with salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel.
Sticky Toffee
A decadent moist, sticky and rich sponge layered with caramel buttercream.
Traditional Fruit
A traditional mixed fruit sponge fed with high-quality brandy
Vanilla
Vanilla sponge layered with Madagascan vanilla buttercream, filled with either raspberry or strawberry conserve. The conserve can be swapped for another flavour such as blackcurrant or a flavoured curd such as lemon.
