About Us

I have been baking and decorating since 2011, being inspired by my younger daughter to create great looking and exceptional tasting cakes.
I am fully registered with Dudley Council and my kitchen has been inspected and approved by the Environmental Health department, with a hygiene rating of 5 stars (the highest that can be achieved). Additionally, I hold a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, Public Liability insurance and are a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
